Mihelic's Shop-n-Save offers a "Perks to Pray and Play" program that provides rebates to local churches and schools.  You can help All Saints receive a rebate based on the amount you spend when you register your Perks Card number with us. 

Forms are located at all entrances to the church, on the parish website(below), and in the parish office.  We ask that you complete the form with your Shop-n-Save Perks number and account information.  You may return it to the parish office through the collection basket, the rectory mail slot or by mail.  We have been asked to submit all our forms together.
