Children’s Religious Education:
Begins Tuesday, September 10, at 6:30-7:00 PM. All children are to be accompanied by their parent(s) or guardian. Catechists and aides are also asked to attend. We will meet in the Activities Building for general instructions and to pick-up materials. Children and parents can meet their catechist and visit their classroom. Catechists and aides are asked to meet for general instructions at 7:30 PM in the Activities Building. If you have not registered yet please do so immediately. Is God Calling You? Altar Servers: (Youth and Adult) The role of the server is integral to the celebration of the Mass and Funerals by assisting the priest. The ministry is open to both males and females in 4th grade and up. Youth assist at Sunday Masses; the adults on weekdays and for funerals. Training is provided.
Bereavement Support Group: Bereavement support group is offered twice a year, in the spring and fall, for anyone that has lost a loved one. The group meets once a week for 6 weeks.

All Saints Christian Mothers was established in 1945 to advance members’ interest in the parish and to cooperate in the religious training of the children. In 1972 unmarried women of the parish became a part on Christian Mothers which then became All Saints Christian Mothers & Guild. Members have always worked with the pastor to supply needed items for the parish and for the Activities Building which is used for social functions. We have several fundraisers such as a yearly tea and crafts shows twice a year. The Christian Mothers are always available to help with spiritual or financial endeavors needed by the pastor or the parish. We traditionally meet on the First Fridays of the month.

A group of volunteers who clean, dust, and vacuum every Tuesday morning after the 8:00AM Mass in order to beautify our church for Mass and special occasions.

Volunteers assist in decorating the church throughout the year, especially Christmas and Easter seasons.
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion Patricia Oresic 412-781-2314
Parishioners, 18 years or older, are commissioned after special training to assist the priest at Mass in the distribution of Holy Communion and the Precious Blood. They also assist in taking Holy Communion to the homebound.

CCD - Religious education is provided to students in grades 1-8, including sacramental preparation for First Holy Communion, Reconciliation, and Confirmation. Classes are held Tuesday evenings, 6:30-8:00PM. Catechists, aides, and substitutes are needed to help with the catechetical program. Books, training, and support are provided.

Adults interested in learning about the Catholic Faith and wishing to become members of the Church can learn more through regular meetings with trained catechists.

Volunteers that help with all aspects of the annual Parish Festival in mid-July, including food preparation, food booths, game stands, raffle ticket sales and more.
Ladies of Charity Linda Behrhorst 412-821-2346
Following the Vincentian spirit of St. Vincent DePaul, St. Louise De Marillac and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, our local Ladies of Charity Association - which is part of the Diocesan and National Association -- serve the poor, needy, marginalized, sick and aged. They provide spiritual and corporal services both parochially and to the communityat-large, with the virtues of humility, simplicity and charity. Our Ladies take the Eucharist to the home bound, visit and send cards to the sick and shut-ins, coordinate two annual Anointing Masses and luncheons, two annual blood drives, prayer pillow ministry, dinners for Ronald McDonald House, toy drives, after school meals, assist with community food bank, plan social events for assisted living residents, and sponsor the parish Christmas Angel Tree gift collection and deliveries, plus much more. Ministry for the deceased includes praying for the unclaimed dead year-round, attending a service for the unclaimed dead at Calvary Cemetery in November, remembrance of families of deceased through cards and bereavement support and attending vigil services for all deceased parishioners. An annual Spring bake sale fundraiser and personal donations provide the seed money for our projects. Interested ladies with servant hearts are always welcome to join us for our monthly meetings to see if this organization might be a good fit for you. Social organization that meets on the first Monday of each month at 8:00PM. The Men’s Club is the “muscle” of the parish and is tasked with setting up for Parish events. The Men’s Club sponsors Coffee & Donut Sundays bi-monthly and a yearly Night at the Races in January as well as other acts of stewardship in and outside of the parish. New members always welcome.

Each Monday morning, rotating teams of volunteers gather to count the donations placed in the weekend’s collection and prepare them for deposit.

Members meet in church on Wednesday afternoons from 1:30-3:30 pm in order to pray for the intentions of all those in need of prayers.

The proclamation of God’s Word is an essential element at Mass. This ministry is open to both males and females, usually over the age of 18. In addition to the readings, the minister, in absence of the Deacon, also offers the Prayers of the Faithful. Diocesan and Parish training is provided.

The Respect Life Committee Mission is to educate parishioners on Catholic teachings on pro-life and family issues and encourage faithful social responsibility. We also support local crisis pregnancy centers and other pro-life organizations. We participate in pro-life activities at local, county, and national levels. Anyone with a commitment to witness to Life from conception to natural death is welcome to join.

A Catholic lay organization inspired by the Gospels, this organization serves the poorest of the poor responding in a confidential manner to a person’s call for assistance. The Society leads women and men to spiritual growth through person-to-person service, assistance with necessary home items, counseling, and some bill payments. New members are always welcome to help serve those in need.

Men and women who assist at Mass with seating, collecting weekly offerings, directing parishioners at Communion time, distributing bulletins, and assisting in emergency situations. New volunteers are always welcome.
